General information for foreign participants on travel to Tashkent, accommodation and other practical matters. Detailed information will be shared separately by the organizing committee.
Forum hotel
The Forum will be held at the “Uzbekistan” Palace of International Forums in Tashkent. Rooms have been reserved for participants at hotels near the venue.
Booking details will be sent separately to registered official delegation members.
Visa and entry procedures
Uzbekistan offers an e-visa or visa-free entry for citizens of many countries. Official information: e-visa.gov.uz
The organizing committee will assist official delegation members with invitation letters and visa arrangements.
Airport and transport
Tashkent International Airport (TAS) is located about 15 km from the city center. Transport from the airport to the hotel will be arranged for official guests.
Weather
Mild autumn weather (approximately +12…+20°C) is expected in Tashkent on October 27–29. We recommend bringing a light jacket.
