The Forum's main theme is “Central Asia — a New Space for Education, Science and Innovation”. More than 1,500 participants are expected, including the ministers of education of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, heads of leading foreign universities, international organizations, and foreign and local experts.
